The Participation Fee Includes:

Electronic certificate of participation with CME credits for medical professionals.

Electronic certificate of participation without CME credits for non-medical attendees.
Please note: For onsite registrations, conference materials cannot be guaranteed and will be provided subject to availability.
Note:

Access for all participants is granted only with the participant badge, which can be collected from the Registration Desk.

If a participant does not present their badge, the organizers reserve the right to restrict their access to the event.

The badge will have a UNIQUE QR code. To maximize the number of CME credits, please scan your badge daily every time you enter/exit the room where the scientific sessions are held
Cancellations and Refunds:

Requests to cancel Congress registrations must be received in writing by the Congress Secretariat no later than August 15th, 2025, to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5 euro

Cancellation requests received between August 16, 2025, and September 1th, 2025, will be refunded at 50%.

No refunds will be issued starting September 2nd, 2025, or later.

Social Program:
Will take place on September 11th and 12th. Each dinner has a fee of 10 EUR per person, per dinner.
This fee is separate from the Congress participation fee and is charged in accordance with ARPIM Code regulations.
Payment of this fee is mandatory in order to organize the social dinners, and participation is possible only after the fee has been paid.
