Certificate of attendance
Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation, with CME credits (if they are MD) or without CME credits (if they are not MD). In order to benefit from the maximum number of EMC credits, please scan the badge daily, every time you enter / exit the Rooms where scientific work takes place. Each participant badge has an UNIQUE QR code.
Registration Desk
The Congress Secretariat and Registrations will be located at Timisoara Convention Center, Experience Foayer.
CONGRESS Kit
Each participant will receive a Congress Kit at the registration. The Kit includes course support and promotional materials from partners.
Badges
Participants and Invited Speakers are requested to wear their badges at all times while inside the CONGRESS Venue.
Internet Access
Internet access will be available by the wireless connection available at the location.
CONGRESS Access
The access in the Congress Venue will only be allowed to participants (healthcare professionals) and exhibitors (partner companies) at the Congress and will only be based on the participant or exhibitor badge, which you will receive after registering at the Info Desk.
Participants will choose their seats on “first come, first serve” basis. Therefore, we recommend to plan for an early arrival at the premises.
Information for Invited Speakers
There will be accepted for presentation only the digital materials which respect the technical specifications agreed upon registration. The materials need to be dropped at the Info Stand at least 3 hours before the time scheduled for your presentation.
Not being able to respect the technical specifications or the time limit could have a negative impact on your presentation.
Media Politics
We inform you that the photos&videos taken during the event will be distributed online: sites, social media etc. The organizer has the image right over the entire Event and can use the photo and video images, taken both by its own staff and by the participants, in various materials made on the occasion of the Event.
Professional Photography and filming during the event by participants are prohibited without written permission from the event Media Coordinator, whom you can contact at the Congress Info Desk.
Catering
Participants will serve the coffee/lunch breaks in the designated spaces, as detailed in the Program Handbook of Congress.
Electricity
The electricity in Romania runs on 230 volts and the frequency is 50 Hz. Plugs have two round pins. A plug adaptor will be required if incompatible electronic devices are used.
Drugs and first aid
A wide range of non-prescription drugs are readily available at local pharmacies. For other medication you will need a prescription signed by a registered Romanian doctor. In case of emergency please call the 112 emergency number.
Liability and insurance
The Congress operator will not assume responsibility for injury and/or damage involving persons or property during the event. All participants are advised to prevent/avoid any injury/ loss.
Lost and found
Lost property can be taken at the Congress Info Stand. To report a lost item please contact the Congress Info Desk.
Mobile phone
Mobile phones must be put on silent mode during all sessions.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
