Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is free of charge and the amount will be fully refunded if the reservation is canceled or modified up to 30 days before the arrival date.

For cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be retained as penalty.

For cancellations made less than 15 days before the arrival, or for no-shows, 100% of the paid amount will be charged.

All reservations are subject to the check-in/check-out times and other terms and conditions of the accommodation provider, which can be consulted on the official websites of the respective hotel or venue.

In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.

​Rates include breakfast, but do not include the local tax (2% according to Local Council Decision no. 459/16.12.2021).

The accomodation it is not included in the fees and it is just a recomandation.
